Wholesale Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is our first priority here at Finrod’s. Should you find any item to be materially defective, the item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent within 15 days after receipt. The product must be unwashed, unworn , with the original tags affixed, and in the exact condition in which it was received. Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyers responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Damaged goods due to client negligence or items without their tags will not be accepted for refund.
We otherwise do not accept returns. However, if a return is approved a 20% restocking fee will apply.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE APPROVED.

All requests will be processed after our returns department inspects and verifies the condition of the item. Return credits take approximately five to seven business days to process upon receipt of the item. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Custom Designs Return Policy
Since custom designed products are tailored to each customer they are unfortunately non-returnable and non-refundable. We ensure you are able to see and touch the sweater in person before manufacturing the bulk order. If you are not satisfied the product or desire changes we ask that you let us know before we send the bulk order into production. Returns/Refunds will not be considered.
